Before buying from EsivaH, you should read our general terms and conditions carefully. By placing your order, we consider our general terms and conditions as well as our return policy to be agreed by you. We reserve the right to change terms and conditions at any time.

PRICING

All prices shown at EsivaH online web shop are including VAT taxes and excluding delivery costs..
When placing an order, you can see the total costs you are due to pay to us. All orders over € 75,-
(seventy-five euros ) are free of delivery costs for delivery within the Netherlands.

PAYMENT

As mentioned on our website, you can pay by iDeal. On our website you will be automatically linked to your bank account and get information about the steps involved in direct payment..

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Order acceptance will take place only by using the digital order form and after receiving our acknowledgement of receipt.

DELIVERY

Delivery will take place when the ordered products are available. We will do our best to deliver the goods within five working days after receiving your order and payment. Provided that we are unable to deliver the goods within fourteen days, we will contact you. In that case you may cancel your order without costs. We will refund the purchase price of the goods and the delivery fee.

PACKAGING

The costs of packaging are included in the offered prices.

CONTROL

Packaging will not be taken back. On delivery, you have to examine the goods. If goods within the packaging are damaged or faulty, as well as items are missing or incorrect, you shall notify us on our website as soon as possible; within 24 hours after delivery. We will take reasonable care to offer you an appropriate solution.

COLOUR FASTNESS

There might be a slight difference of colour from the original articles shown on our website. This may have different reasons. Mostly monitor settings or graphics accelerator cards are due to this difference.

RETURNING THE GOODS

According to Dutch law you have the right to return your order within 7 days. In case you want to return the goods you will have to let us know by contacting us. The goods have to be returned to us with the completed, attached return form by registered mail to:

We will only accept goods in their original packaging and undamaged. You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods unless they are not as described, faulty or incorrect. After return receipt we will refund the price of the goods in full. EsivaH will not be liable for the loss of the packages. We will not accept complaints, received after 7 days after delivery of the goods. Exceptions are production errors which will be taken into consideration.

PROPRIETORSHIP

You will become the owner of the goods only after all costs have been paid to EsivaH and the goods are sent to you. From that point they will be at your risk.

WARRANTIES

• Prolonged exposure to water, such as wearing the jewellery while taking a shower, may cause damage. Certain parts may loosen. It also might affect the coating of the little magnets.
• Direct UV radiation on the jewellery has to be avoided by all means as well as exposure to extreme temperatures.
• EsivaH has no liability to you for items in case of damage, loss or destruction by your fault or by improper using.
• The warranty does not cover self-repair.
• Keep the receipt as this is also your proof of warranty.

WARRANTY PERIOD

The warranty period is one year provided that you have taken reasonable care for the goods. If manufacturing faults cannot be repaired by EsivaH within the warranty period you will receive a new article.
